Casa Montovani is a beautiful holiday home in Central Istria, set on a small hill surrounded by a forest.
In the area there is only one path that leads to the village and forest, so the house offers pure relaxation and tranquillity in the green landscape. The nearest bigger town is Pazin, 14 km away as well as Žminj, where there are shops, restaurants, rural households, ATMs, post office and the nearest highway access, by which within 20 minutes, the cities Rovinj, Poreč or Pula can be reached.
Casa Montovani has a 800 sqm big property and offers to the guests a swimming pool of 28 sqm with sunbed and sun chairs, covered terrace with lounge furniture, dining table, table tennis, soccer, darts and four parking spaces.
Holiday home on two floors with a total living area of 180 sqm. On the ground floor is a living room with sitting set and satellite TV, a bedroom with double bed, a shower/toilet in the hallway, a bedroom with two single beds and private bath/toilet and a spacious, bright and fully equipped kitchen which can also serve as a summer kitchen because it is separated from the garden by large glass walls. The upper floor is accessible by internal stairs, where there is a modern and equipped kitchen with kitchen island and dining table for 10 people, living room, a bedroom with double bed and private bath/ toilet and a bedroom with two single beds, private bath/toilet and access to the swimming pool. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
