On the first floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and an additional toilet. On the second floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a shared large balcony with seating furniture. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to verify this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
