The holiday home with two separate holiday apartments is located on the landlord's 800 square metre residential property on the quiet outskirts of Stolpe. It is about 1 km to the bathing area on the Szczecin Lagoon and about 800 metres to the local restaurant and bakery. Your flat is equipped with a living and dining room with upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio and an open-plan kitchen with kitchenette and electric cooker. Refrigerator, various small kitchen appliances and dining area as well as a bathroom with WC and shower. The two bedrooms are accessible via a staircase. One room is furnished with a double bed, the other room with 2 single beds. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating in the lower area, central heating in the upper area and insect screens in front of the bedroom windows. At your disposal: Cot (on request), WLAN, washing machine, tumble dryer on request, furnished terrace with barbecue (per flat), sun loungers (1 per flat), car park, large play and sunbathing area on the property. The total price includes: Bed linen, tea towels, water and energy consumption. You must bring your own towels. Pets are allowed: One small dog up to a size of 40 cm is allowed in this accommodation.

Stolpe is a small town with a castle worth seeing in beautiful, wooded surroundings on the island of Usedom. Stolpe is located in Usedom-Switzerland, about 3 kilometres from the Szczecin Lagoon, where you can swim. There is a restaurant right next to the castle. Various events and cultural highlights take place there and in the castle. There is also a bakery in the village. In the neighbourhood of Stolpe (approx. 5 km away) there is also a falconry farm and a bison enclosure as attractions. The town of Usedom with shopping facilities is approx. 5 km away and the Baltic Sea approx. 23 km.
