The holiday apartment for up to 2 adults and 1 baby is located in a rural setting on the owner's approx. 800 m² residential property on the upper floor of the house. It is approx. 4 km to a natural swimming area on the Bodden, there is a small snack bar in Kemnitz (approx. 1.5 km), shopping facilities can be found in Lubmin, Wieck or directly in Greifswald.

The approx. 45 square metre non-smoking apartment with separate entrance and central heating is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio) with open kitchen (electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a car park, free W-LAN, a cot, barbecue and a furnished seating area on the property.

Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Energy and water costs according to consumption.

Neuendorf, a district of the municipality of Kemnitz, is located in rural surroundings between the university and Hanseatic town of Greifswald and the seaside resort of Lubmin. The small village, which is home to a motor sports club that offers quad bike rides, is an ideal starting point for a wide variety of activities in all directions, and there are bathing opportunities on the Greifswald Bodden in Eldena (approx. 7 km) or in Lubmin. The beautiful sandy beach there with its pier and jetty is approx. 9 km away and there is also a modern sports centre, bicycle and pedal boat hire as well as various restaurants and shopping facilities, which can also be found approx. 8 km away in Wieck, a district of the Hanseatic town of Greifswald directly on the River Ryck, which has retained its fishing village charm. The famous wooden bascule bridge, which connects Wieck with the district of Eldena, and the fishing harbour are well worth a visit, while the old town of Greifswald with its typical Hanseatic architecture and medieval brick Gothic style, which can be experienced in particular on the market square with the town hall, or the museum harbour on the Ryck, where historic ships are restored, are around 12 km away. In addition to the university, the city is also characterised by its extraordinary cultural offerings: the Theatre Vorpommern and the Pomeranian State Museum are based in Greifswald, and numerous concerts are held every year as part of the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Festival.
