The holiday home, built in 2015, is detached on 11,000 square metres of the owner's very spacious natural property in the small and quiet village of Boisterfelde. The house extends over two living levels. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining area (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio), an open-plan kitchenette (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC and a utility room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms (each with a 1.40 m wide double bed), 1 living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, TV), shower/WC and sauna. A solid cot, high chair and toys/play equipment are available for small children. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, storage space for bicycles, W-LAN and a car park. The owner has leased a bathing area at the Großer Karpfensee lake, 1.3 km away. There is also a rowing boat here, which can be used free of charge. A fishing licence can be easily obtained on site. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy. Towels must be brought along. Pets: A small dog is allowed in this property.

Boisterfelde is a small and quietly situated district of the municipality of Boitzenburger Land in the north of the Uckermark, directly on the border with Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Geographically, the village falls within the Feldberger Seenlandschaft region, which offers perfect conditions for a peaceful nature/recreational holiday thanks to its lake-rich surroundings.
