The approx. 75 sqm two-room holiday apartment for 2 people is located separately on the upper floor of a residential building on the approx. 1000 sqm large and very well-kept residential property of the extremely hospitable owner, only approx. 500 metres from the Ueckermünde lido with restaurant and cafés. Access is via a separate external staircase. The apartment is equipped with a spacious living/dining room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD, dining table), an open-plan kitchenette (dining area, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed, single bed, cot) and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is heated by central heating. There is a furnished seating area on the property with barbecue facilities, secure storage for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption. Towels can be brought along or rented on site on request. Pets are not allowed. Transfer from Ueckermünde railway station possible by arrangement.

The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination. There is an old town worth seeing with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities, a beautiful zoo and a marina on the Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat trips to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers catering, beach chair hire and mini golf. The well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
