The holiday villa in Gard Provence boasts a scenic location in St André d'Olérargues with a spacious terrace and a heated pool offering captivating valley views.

On the property’s ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with direct terrace access and a spacious living room with French windows opening to the terrace along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor, there's an ensuite bedroom.

In the left wing of the property, you’ll find a bedroom and TV lounge with sofa bed. Above the TV lounge is an open mezzanine with two single beds. Due to the low height of the room, the mezzanine floor is more suited for children/teenagers. However, very young children should be supervised here (open stairs).

Outside is a private heated swimming pool (12m x 6m) with terraces, sun loungers, and a large partially covered terrace with seating. The grounds are not fenced and are designed on varying levels.

The house is quietly located, in a calm and very natural but not isolated setting, just below a small hamlet. Bakery and grocery store about 3 km away, more shops and restaurants in Goudargues (10 min by car, 7.5 km).

In the surroundings you can visit the following tourist sites: La Roque sur Cèze (waterfalls and swimming) at 11 km, the very pretty village of Goudargues (restaurants and terraces) at 7.5 km).

And the very pretty historic village of Montclus (at 17 km). The very beautiful town of Uzès (at 21 km). Barjac (at 26 km), Pont St. Esprit and the Gorges de l'Ardèche (canyoning, canoeing, about 45 min. drive).
