This charming former sheepfold is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac in the heart of the Luberon, on a plot of land with olive trees and truffle oaks, in absolute peace and quiet.

The house offers a comfortable retreat. On the ground floor, an entrance leads through the kitchen to the living area and a corridor leads to two bedrooms. The well-equipped kitchen has modern conveniences. There is also a laundry room with essential appliances. A covered veranda, which has been converted into a dining room, adjoins the living area. All bedrooms are on the ground floor and have en-suite bathrooms, while there is a play area for children on the mezzanine floor. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture and an electric plancha invites you to relax. The property offers a pétanque court and swings for your children.

The pool (8m x 4.5m) is secured with a roller shutter and has deckchairs for relaxing. The house is located in the middle of a wooded area with direct access to the Luberon walking and hiking trails.

It is about 4 km from the village of Lauris and the first shops.

Please note that the owners do not allow cats and any damage caused by pets will be deducted from the deposit.
