This modern vacation villa in Caromb sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms and has a private pool and enclosed garden with views of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding villages. The villa offers accommodation on one level, including an open plan kitchen with modern amenities and a dining and living area with sliding glass doors leading to the terrace and pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while two further bedrooms share a bathroom. Outside, the fenced garden showcases various plant species and the terrace has a dining area, lounge, barbecue and direct access to the kitchen. The secured pool (8 x 4 m) offers sun loungers, deckchairs and a beautiful view of Mont Ventoux and the surrounding villages. Particular attention must be paid to the safety of small children on part of the terraced plot. In addition, the villa has central air conditioning throughout with individual thermostat settings in each room. Please note that the garage on the first floor is not accessible to guests and remains unoccupied. The property is located on a hill near the village of Caromb with views of the neighboring villages of Crillon le Brave, Saint Pierre de Vassols as well as the Mont Ventoux mountain and even the Alpilles in the distance. A bakery, a grocery store, bars, restaurants and a pharmacy are all within walking distance, all around 600 m away.
