This modern vacation villa is located outside the village of Vacqueyras at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail mountain range. On the first floor of the property you will find a fully equipped kitchen, an air-conditioned living area and a guest bathroom. Upstairs there are three comfortable bedrooms sharing a family bathroom and a separate toilet. On the landing leading to the bedrooms there is an air conditioning unit to keep the upper floor cool in the summer months. Outside there is a private swimming pool (3 x 6 m) secured by a fence and surrounded by lawned gardens. The villa is located outside the village of Vacqueyras in the direction of Dentelles de Montmirail, about 1 km from the stores: bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants. Vacqueyras is a wine-growing village well known for its Côtes du Rhône wines. Nearby you will find famous vineyards: Beaumes de Venise, Gigondas, Châteauneuf du Pape, Cairanne. For families with children, the 'Wave Island' water park and the 'Parc Spirou Provence' are very close by in Monteux, about 14 km away. Enjoy your vacation in this villa in the Vaucluse in Provence.
