This stone house is nestled in Domme, a medieval town just beyond the lively tourist hub. The house is air-conditioned and features a terrace with stunning views, and the nearby Dordogne River is perfect for canoeing and swimming.

The ground floor of the property comprises a well-equipped kitchen and inviting living/dining area with a corner fireplace, a comfortable sitting area with a flat-screen TV and one ensuite bedroom. Bay windows lead to the outdoor terrace, offering captivating views. One the first floor are the remaining bedrooms.

Outside, the property offers a charming garden adorned with trees, flowers, and a manicured lawn, along with deck chairs for relaxation. The paved terrace features outdoor furniture and panoramic views.

The house is located in the medieval town of Domme, not far from the centre of the village. Shops, boutiques and restaurants are at walking distance. Domme: Royal Bastide of the 13th century with the most famous views of Périgord, overlooking the valley of the Dordogne River. The Dordogne River with its canoes, is approximately 3/4 km away.
