Just a short drive from the Costa d'Argento and its large WWF park, you will find this two-storey semi-detached house, which invites you to an eventful and relaxing vacation. Both floors are fully equipped and can be used as two separate apartments. This makes the house the ideal place for two friendly families who want to vacation together but don't want to give up their privacy. You can relax in the fenced garden and let your four-legged friend run free.

Unlike in classic Tuscany with the provinces of Siena, Florence and Pisa, there are no large cultural and historical towns in the Maremma. Instead, there is an abundance of charming little towns and many natural treasures. Stroll through the small town of Marsiliana with traces of the Etruscans, experience the large nature reserve of Orbetello and discover the beauty of the island of Giglio, from where you can explore the Tuscan archipelago. Experience the annual grape festival in Scasano, the medieval carnival in Montorgiali and the medieval festival of the village of Cana, which impresses with its location. In the heart of the city of Grosseto you will find a beautiful cathedral, winding alleyways and lovely squares with many stores and pavement cafés. We also recommend that you explore the medieval village of Rocchette di Fazio.
