In Tocknarås, surrounded by beautiful nature, you will find this vacation home, an ideal place for those who want to be close to nature but don't want to miss out on some of the comforts of everyday life. Light streams into the house through the large lattice windows in the kitchen-diner, which also offer a beautiful view of the greenery when eating and cooking together. Take your meals here and make yourself comfortable in the sofa area while playing cards or watching a movie. In good weather, you can sunbathe or let off steam in the garden and later enjoy tasty treats from the barbecue.

Choose your favorite swimming spot and explore the area on foot or by bike. The mine, Gräne Gruva, from the 19th century is very interesting. There are several hiking trails of varying lengths in the area around the mine. The area was formed by the last ice age, which created a network of ridges and dead ice pits. Thousands of years later, the site was further shaped when feldspar and quartz began to be mined from the rock, and the traces of this are a large vertical open-cast mine. There are three hiking trails in the mining area: Green (4.6 km), Blue (3.6 km), Yellow (1.8 km). They start at the main parking lot at the open-cast mine and take you through a varied natural environment. The Trolltorget is also located at the main parking lot at the open-cast mine, from where the Troll Trail starts for younger hikers.
