Our house is located in the beautiful state of Carinthia, on the southside of the Alpes, close to Villach, Bad Kleinkirchheim and Klagenfurt.
The house itself is only about 100m away from the lake shore. And you can enjoy a beautiful view onto the lake Brennsee and the mountains.
The house has got 2 apartments, one on the main floor and the other one one the first floor. The house is surrounded by huge garten, which includes also a barbecue area.
The heart of Feld am See offers some shopping facilities, ATM and restaurants. All can be done by walking. For grocery shopping, it is recommended to drive to the Radenthein.

This cosy apartment based on the first floor can accommodate up to 6 persons (60 m²) and offers a nice view onto lake Brennsee and own balcony. The apartment has been renovated recently while the rustic charme has been kept.

Cleaning
There is a cleaning fee for your apartment of € 80,- which will be included in your total.
City Tax
There is a city tax by the city of Feld am See, which is € 2,70 per adult and night. This is included in your total amount to be paid.
Minimum stay
You can book our apartments with a minimum stay of three days. There is no limit for staying longer. :-)
Parking
There are free parkling lots on the premises.
Payment
Kindly initiate a bank draft with the amount due, to the bank account shown in your confirmation email. Thank you! Your booking is finally confirmed once your bank draft has arrived on the bank account stated.
There are no further payments. Your total contains also cleaning fee, city tax and the SonnenscheinCard.
