The holiday apartment - close to nature with a dream view - combines the old Eifel charm and modern living. Here you can relax after a day of hiking, swimming or a walk in the snow and enjoy the peaceful and quiet time with your loved ones.



Around the accomondation:
The accommodation is only about 200 meters from the "Eifelsteig" hiking trail and the Way of St. James Bonn-Trier-Schengen. Countless other hiking trails - such as the "Eifel Schleifen" or the "Eifeler Quellenpfad" - are also close to the accommodation.
In addition to hiking and cycling tours, Blankenheim offers other sights such as the Ahrquelle, the Eifel Museum and Blankenheim Castle. In summer, the Freilinger See offers opportunities for windsurfing, paddling and fishing.
The city center with several restaurants, cafés and nice shops can be reached on foot in just 15 minutes from the accommodation and invites you to take a leisurely stroll (please note that the accommodation is slightly elevated). Shops such as Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, and much more. and a gas station are only about 3 km away.
Exciting day trips include Bad Münstereifel (approx. 20 min), the Eifel National Park (approx. 30 min), the Hellenthal wild enclosure (approx. 25 min) and Phantasialand (approx. 35 min).



Blankenheim:
Blankenheim is a small town in North Rhine-Westphalia. As a state-approved resort, Blankenheim has a historic town center with a number of notable sights. The best known is the source of the Ahr, which is located in a vaulted cellar of a half-timbered house from 1726. The Eifel Museum is not far from that.
Blankenheim is the starting point for many hiking and biking trails. A diverse network of hiking and cycling trails offers the right tour for every requirement.


Important notes for guests:
The house does not have special child safety locks (stairs, sockets, corners, etc.).
At the house there is a garden, which is partly on the slope.

The accommondation:

The approx. 150 m2 holiday apartment has 3 floors and its own entrance. From the large entrance area with cloakroom and enough space for your hiking gear, you get to the living room with an open american kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped - another large fridge is in the hallway.
The spacious living room offers a fantastic view of the city center and the castle of Blankenheim. The cozy couch offers space for a large family or group of friends and with the included Disney+ offer, nothing stands in the way of a cozy movie night. In summer, the terrace invites you to have breakfast on the fresh air or a glass of wine at sunset.

The 4 modern bedrooms are on the first and second floor and can accommodate up to 9 people (1.60 m sofa bed in the large bedroom). If there is a larger group, the living room couch can be converted into 2 additional beds.

In addition to the bathroom with shower and bathtub, there is also a guest toilet. If required, the laundry room with washing machine and dryer can be used.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, so parties, events and loud groups are prohibited.
