Inside, the four-metre-high living and sleeping area is ideal for cosy evenings and saves space thanks to the partition wall that divides the areas into two. The modern bathroom has a stylishly tiled shower, while the fully equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless and you can enjoy your meals either in the indoor dining area or outside.
The stunning natural stone villa "Groc is situated in an absolutely peaceful location between Sencelles and Costitx and is surrounded by gently rolling countryside. Costitx has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a great bakery and is only about five minutes away by car. The convenient location of the accommodation allows excursions to many of the island's beaches such as the bay of Alcúdia, Can Picafort and Ciudad Jardin.
