The Can Fernando holiday villa enjoys a majestic location on a rocky plateau in the first sea line on the south-east coast of Mallorca and offers breathtaking views of the sea. Here you can enjoy a boundless feeling of freedom, beautiful sunrises and many relaxing hours under the Mediterranean sun. The spacious, extensive outdoor area is beautifully maintained. There is a beautiful, sloping pool, various sea view terraces, a barbecue area and plenty of cosy seating and dining options for social gatherings during the day and on the long, balmy summer nights for which Mallorca is known. The property is well secured against the cliffs behind it by a fence. There are also lovely lawns for children to play on and shady spots under the pine trees. The family-friendly holiday home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gives the property plenty of peace and privacy.

However, this exclusive holiday home in the first sea line by no means rests on its spectacular location. Its interior is home to light-flooded, tastefully furnished rooms. A very good room layout ensures plenty of privacy even with maximum occupancy. Both the cosy living room and the adjoining dining room offer convenient access to a terrace equipped with sun loungers via wide glass doors. The large, open-plan living area is separated from the sleeping area by a small, fully glazed terrace. The sea view is omnipresent and those who like to let the pleasant sea breeze into the house can let it flow through the entire living area thanks to the many windows on all sides. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is spacious and has a small breakfast bar. All four bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space in the form of wall cupboards. In the cooler seasons, radiators ensure cosy room temperatures.

The holiday villa is located in the first sea line on Mallorca's south-east coast and a 5-minute walk from the beach of Cala Santanyí. The seaside resort has restaurants, bars and small supermarkets. The beautiful town of Santanyí can be reached by car in 12 minutes. Other beautiful beaches such as Cala Llombards and Cala Mondragó are around 20 minutes away by car.
