You live in a charming 70 m² house and can still enjoy the comfort of this stately property. Large windows flood the room with light and vitality. High ceilings give this spacious room a loft-like feel surrounded by greenery. Wooden beams stretch along the ceilings and create a uniquely warm atmosphere thanks to the delicate white light points. You can dine either on the raised bar stools or at the long table with colourful ornamental chairs. You can also make yourself comfortable on the white and blue striped sofa or in the bed, which is just a few steps away from the modern bathroom. The rest of the interior is also kept in matching beige tones. The large shower with glass walls and mosaic tiles on the wall ensure pleasant moments of wellness.

If you would like to explore the area, many excellent excursion destinations are within easy reach thanks to the tarmac country road in front of the house. On the one hand, there is the worthwhile and large weekly market in Inca, approx. 3 km away, where you are sure to find a souvenir or two. If you prefer a more active day, you can drive to the Tramuntana mountains. From there you can enjoy marvellous views of the island landscape. The nearest golf course is approx. 20 km away if you want to improve your tee-off technique. For an extended shopping spree, you can drive about half an hour to Palma. If you are looking for everyday items, you will find them in the supermarket approx. 2.5 km away. And if you fancy looking for shells and listening to the sound of the sea, you can reach several beaches, such as Alcúdia, in half an hour. Alcúdia beach is often described as a true paradise.

In Lloseta, you can still feel the dreamy idyll that you would look for in vain in other places. Villa Mafedo is also located here, ideal for a couple. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The Hipercentro supermarket is approx. 2.5 km away and the large weekly market in Inca is approx. 3 km away. The leather and wine town is well worth a visit and is rich in history. The popular beach of Alcúdia is about half an hour's drive away. Whether swimming or walking, your holiday home is a great starting point.
