The cheerful motto of Villa Magdalena is to be right in the middle of it all, as the holiday home is located in the tourist centre of the island resort of Cala Ratjada in the north-east of Mallorca. Just a few steps from the front door, you can immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of the holidaymakers' stronghold during the day and at night. All of the town's beaches and shopping facilities are also within easy walking distance. The harbour promenade, for example, with its many offers and amenities, is just a stone's throw away. Especially in the evening, after a visit to a restaurant, it is wonderful to stroll along the sea and back to the holiday home. On the covered terrace with its cosy dining area, you can end the evening with a good glass of wine overlooking the garden. The breakfast table is quickly set here, the kitchen is right next door and you can start the next day of your holiday freshly fortified.

The Magdalena holiday home in Cala Ratjada has four double rooms, making it the ideal home for up to eight holidaymakers and two little island explorers. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to an entrance hall. Back from the beach, there is plenty of space here for beach bags, shoes, parasols, air mattresses and other beach accessories. Larger dinghies are welcome to join the other family members or tour groups in the adjoining large dining room, where a rustic dining table invites you to eat or enjoy a cosy get-together. The fully equipped kitchen is right next door. The ground floor is rounded off by a small lounge with a sofa for reading and two bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are located on the upper floor. All four bedrooms have their own bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling walk-in shower, each with its own flat-screen TV and hot/cold air conditioning.

Villa Magdalena is located in the centre of the lively harbour town of Cala Ratjada in the far north-east of the island. From the house you can reach the beautiful harbour promenade on foot in just 5 minutes and are right in the middle of the colourful Mediterranean island life. The holiday resort has numerous supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies for your daily needs. There are also boutiques, restaurants, bars, discos and much more. The three beaches of Cala Gat, Cala Agulla and Platja de son Moll are all within a 15-minute walk.
