Immerse yourself in the harmony of the great outdoors. The seemingly endless views are typical of the villa's rolling hills, flavoured by an easterly salty breeze from the nearby sea. Take a moment to really savour the charm of this superbly located villa before heading off to enjoy the diversity of one of the beach resorts. This is the real Mallorca, which is becoming increasingly valuable as the dream island is developed in other locations. And while you enjoy these views, you'll be spoilt for choice whether you want to laze in your own private pool, watch delicious fish on the barbecue or enjoy a cold Spanish beer on the terrace. The terrace is a jewel in the crown of the property. Plants climbing on the awning provide shade. Roof terraces are ideal for a chat in the open air and are accessible via the ground floor.

The rustic atmosphere of the villa is refreshing. The slightly vaulted ceiling in the living room is reminiscent of a charming wine cellar but you certainly won't freeze there! A central fireplace in the room will warm you up in no time. This combines earth (the hills), air (the sky), water (the sea) and fire the four elements found in so many places on the island. From the seating area with sofa, rockers and armchairs, you can watch a film or, thanks to modern satellite technology, the flat-screen TV. Or simply sit back and let your imagination run wild without having to leave the cosy fireplace. The combined living and dining room with its large table leads directly into the kitchen area, where you will find all the amenities of a modern household, including a washing machine. From the kitchen, a corridor leads to one of the bedroom wings: one of the bathrooms is directly accessible via the corridor and the other is adjacent to the second bedroom on this level. The owners have opted for clear, unadorned contours without decorative objects. The third bedroom can be reached via the staircase, which then leads to an alcove with another sofa. On the opposite side of the resulting atrium, you reach the roof terrace. There is also a bathroom directly adjacent to the bedroom on this floor, so that all your fellow travellers can enjoy their privacy without having to queue for the bathroom in the morning.

Finally, you can give free rein to your thirst for adventure from the moment you wake up. Our Villa Ca'n Carrió scores with its rural location and yet you can reach the coast in no time at all. Cala Bona beach is just 1500 metres away and can be reached on foot. With its shallow entrance into the sea, this stretch of coast is particularly suitable for families. There is also a small marina, a promenade with lots of shops and tasty treats. Along the coast, you can go on wonderful walks or take a dip in the water. Cala Millor, Cala Ratjada and Portocristo, further south, are also worth a detour. Inland, Son Servera and the medieval town of Artà offer an impression of what life used to be like on the island. In the evening, you can socialise with the original Mallorcans at Ca'n Carrió and tell your own stories in front of the fireplace.

Those who value clean lines will feel right at home at Villa Can Carrió: Located in a rural setting, it is surrounded by numerous palm trees and Mediterranean trees. It is quiet here, but just 5 minutes away you can enjoy the beach life in Cala Bona and Cala Millor to the full. A palm-lined boulevard, select restaurants and many interesting shops vie for your attention. Another great feature of the attractive east coast is the excellent water quality.
