The villa is located in the south-east of Mallorca and offers easy access to various places of interest. Golf enthusiasts can visit the nearby Vall D'Or golf course, while those interested in sightseeing can explore charming towns such as Cala Murada and Cala Marcal, which offer bars, restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beaches such as Cala Marcal, Platja de S'Arenal and Cala Brafi are also within easy reach. For nature lovers, the Parc Natural Mondral national park is just a 20-minute drive away and the family-friendly Es Trenc beach is easily accessible by car.
Air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is restricted between 21:00 and 07:00. After that, it is charged in cash on site.
