After just an hour's drive, exclusively on tarmac roads, you will arrive at Villa Son Ganxo Tres from the island airport, where you can set your own comfortable pace. After travelling, you may want to enjoy a cool drink on the terrace, which is a pleasant place even in hot summer weather thanks to its canopy. You are sure to enjoy all the meals of the day at the modern table during the coming days of your holiday, provided the outside temperatures allow it. And even if a refreshing breakfast in this place promises to be a special treat, the brick-built barbecue will probably already be tempting you with ideas for delicious delicacies that you can enjoy together at the barbecue in the evening. Who will be the first to take the plunge? Blue mosaic tiles, semi-circular steps and an 8 metre long pool, which becomes shallow at one end, provide a solid base for hot Mallorcan days. Sun loungers can be positioned in the garden for sunbathing. There is also some breezy palm tree shade here and there. From the roof terrace, which is located on the first floor and also offers a view of the garden, you can see the world from above.

Directly accessible via the ground-floor terrace: the living/dining room with two sofas and a dining table. This is a cosy place to watch TV, and right next to it all guests can also eat inside from time to time, which can be very tempting on relaxed days simply because of the proximity to the kitchen. Finished in dark brown and silver and equipped with all the necessary comforts, the kitchen provides a good basis for completely independent self-catering days and the large fridge/freezer combination reliably keeps the festive bar at the right temperature. There is also a cosy bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom on this living level. Those who insist on a single room even when the house is fully occupied can use the room with bunk beds next to the lounge. A staircase leads upstairs to the other two bedrooms, both with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 metres, one of which has its own bathroom. A total of three showers and a bathtub characterise the villa's three modern, daylight-flooded bathrooms.

One of the special attractions of the holiday residences in the south-east of the island is their proximity to the so-called Calas de Mallorca. The small, partly undeveloped sandy bays with their often fine sand and shallow entry into the water are ideal for swimming and are therefore particularly suitable for families with small children. The small road by the house takes you in a short time to numerous attractive excursion and bathing destinations, including the well-protected Cala Murada bathing bay, where the blue flag flies for clean water and sun loungers, sanitary facilities etc. are available A beach bar fulfils the most diverse requirements. The beaches of Son S'Arenal in Porto Colom (approx. 10 km) and Cala Sa Nau in S'Horta (approx. 14 km) are also highly recommended! The cave-rich region around Cales de Mallorca brings historical stories to life and an excursion to the nearby San Salvador monastery promises fabulous views.

Urban. Neighbourly. The beach and the village with its supermarkets and beaches are within walking distance. Villa Son Ganxo Tres makes this possible! With Cala d'Or, Portocolom and Porto Cristo within a radius of 20 km, promenades, good restaurants and sports harbours ensure fun and enjoyment. On the 500 m² plot you have your own little kingdom with pool, terrace and sunbathing area.
