This literally outstanding villa on Mallorca can be described without hesitation with attributes such as sophisticated and exclusive. Its sublime location alone, enthroned above the sea, immediately casts a spell over the viewer. The location is accompanied by sensationally beautiful sea views that can be enjoyed from many places. The property is also a small architectural sensation and enchants with semi-circular elements that open up new worlds of experience. The covered terrace, for example, is a dream, with its round arches and the gently undulating fabrics inside, conveying a unique Mediterranean feeling that is rounded off by the uninterrupted view of the sea. The inviting sofa and armchairs, the colourful cushions probably have the potential to quickly become a favourite spot. However, there is plenty of competition: the dining area, lounge, loungers, Balinese bed and hammock, all in the open air, invite you to linger under the blue sky on two levels and with plenty of charm. The very shallow, stepped pool is also absolutely marvellous and seems to hover very close to the sea.

The interior of the Mediterranean villa is in no way inferior to the splendidly beautiful exterior. The modern, very spacious house for six guests impresses above all with its many windows overlooking the sea and its trendy, elegant style throughout. The floors, decorated with high-quality wood or river pebbles, some of which are painted blue, immediately catch the eye. The colours blue and white also run through the rooms in keeping with the villa's name and form an absolutely harmonious blend with the colours of the sky and the nearby sea, which can be seen almost everywhere from the inside. The living room and a practical toilet are located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a dining area, an original bodega, a simple bathroom and a bathroom with shower as well as two bedrooms. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped white kitchen and a dining room with stunning views, as well as two further bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and bath. From this living level, you can access the large terrace with a chill-out area and dining table. There is another small living room on the third floor. This could also be used as a home office if required. Conveniently, a toilet is also installed up here. It is sometimes difficult to adequately describe such properties in words - the pictures really do speak for themselves! The exclusive Villa Blanca is enthroned above the sea in an urban, upmarket location south of Canyamel on Mallorca. The views of the sea and the rocky coastline are sensational. The location on the road connects you perfectly with various destinations. You can do your shopping or visit one of the restaurants and bars in the small coastal town within walking distance. The fine sandy Playa de Canyamel is also nearby.
