Villa Hirondelles with private pool

Villa Hirondelles holiday accommodation sleeps from 2 to 8 people. It is located 12km from the center of Saint Jean d'Angély in the Charente Maritime department of France.

Our four bedroomed Villa is very spacious and ideal for one extended family or two smaller families. The generous sitting room with vaulted ceiling lies between the two wings of the house. Each wing having a double and a twin room plus it's own bathroom.
Villa Hirondelles is rated 3* by the French tourist board. As well as all the essential items required for a comfortable self catering holiday our villa goes above and beyond. Self-cater in the villas fully equipped kitchen with the fresh produce you have picked up from the market, barbecue and eat on the terrace overlooking open countryside as far as you can see.There is also a huge private garden so the kids can play ball games while you can just relax, read or plan your next days adventure.

There is wifi throughout the villa and a smart tv in the sitting room and don't forget the private heated pool and sunbathing terrace - you won't want to leave!

We have owned a successful holiday cottage business in the Saint Jean d'Angély area for over 28 yrs and have fantastic reviews for all our properties. We manage all our properties personally and are convinced you will have a fantastic stay.

Open throughout the year, as well as short breaks and longer summer holidays of a week or two, it is also available for longer stays of up to 90 nights during the low season. Please note from 1st October to 30th June, electricity and water is NOT included in the price offered, the pool is also NOT available in this time period. We will charge for your actual usage so we can offer a very low nightly rate. PLease contact us if there are more than two adults staying. July, August and September, utilities are included and so is the pool.

Saint Jean d'Angély is a quaint market town located in the heart of the Charente Maritime region of western France. The town boasts a twice weekly market, several large supermarkets, a cinema, theatre and numerous bars and restaurants. For families with children there is a park with playground, lake and river with canoeing in summer and a large indoor swimming centre. Saint Jean d'Angély is known for it's historic sites. The Abbaye Royale, the bell towers, the clock tower and the Musée des Cordeliers are just a few of the must see sites. The town of Saint Jean d'Angély is also well connected, with access to the A10 motorway, a train station and La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Poitier airports too.

We are just an hours drive from La Rochelle and Royan on the coast, 30 mins from Cognac with its distillery tours and Saintes with its Roman ampitheatre.
