This beautifully designed natural stone villa with extensive grounds and fantastic views is a real treat for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet on holiday. Here you will immediately relax and immerse yourself in daydreaming. This and the sensational price make Mamici one of the most booked villas in our portfolio. Enjoy the view over the gently undulating landscape of the popular north-east part of the island. Extensive lawns, adorned with Mediterranean flowers, shrubs and trees, pleasantly dominate the appearance of the garden. Small streets as well as gravelled and terraced areas harmoniously round off this look. The real jewel of this garden is the pool, which is accessible via a semi-circular staircase and offers wonderful refreshment on hot days. The loungers on the pool terrace invite you to relax to your heart's content and simply unwind. Another great place to linger is the terrace next to the house, which is bathed in wonderfully breezy shade thanks to the awning. Here you can relax on the comfortable sun loungers or sit together at the dining table. Simply a fantastic place for a tasty breakfast, made special by the morning light and smell and the blue sky! In the evening, it's also a perfect place to linger and prepare dinner on the barbecue, perhaps with regional delicacies bought at the market earlier in the day.

The interior of the villa welcomes its guests with a particularly inviting mix of rusticity and modern style. Natural stone walls, light-coloured tiles, exposed beam ceilings and modern furniture create an atmospheric whole that radiates cosiness and a pleasant sense of space. On one side of the large, open-plan living/dining room there is a very cosy sofa area where you can really relax, perhaps with a good bok or while watching TV. On the other side of this room is the solid dining table where you can all sit together and enjoy a meal indoors. The adjacent kitchen, accessible through a wide archway, is as bright as it is friendly and even offers another dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday use, such as an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and filter coffee machine. The house offers two double bedrooms with beds measuring 1.00 x 2.00 metres and 0.90 x 1.90 metres, as well as a triple bedroom with three beds measuring 0.90 x 1.90 metres. The bedrooms impress with their inviting and radiant design and skilfully used, tasteful accessories. The two pretty bathrooms with natural light are characterised by their modern design. All of the villa's windows are conveniently fitted with mosquito nets.

Capdepera is located in the Llevant plain, close to the coast and dotted with small mountain ranges. The varied coastline offers steep cliffs as well as various shallow bays and extensive sandy beaches. In Capdepera, you can stroll through the narrow cobbled streets and marvel at the natural stone houses adorned with flowers. On the Puig de Capdepera, just north of the village, sits the castle from the 13th century. It is one of the best-preserved fortresses on the island. Villa Mamici is one of our favourite properties in the north-east of Mallorca. It is situated in a delightful, secluded location close to the beach and Capdepera. The magnificent views offered by this holiday residence are simply wonderful. Popular beaches such as Cal Agulla and Son Moll are both around 5 km away.
