The modern luxury villa Finca Es Recó is located on a spacious plot in the south-east of Mallorca, close to the village of Portocolom. The house is characterised by its minimalist style and is equipped with various sun terraces and balconies, some of which offer fantastic views of the sea. The absolute eye-catcher and centrepiece of the lovingly designed outdoor area is the elegant pool area, which offers plenty of opportunities for wonderful relaxation in the open air. The pool, which is protected from the wind and prying eyes, is decorated with bright blue mosaic stones and is an impressive sight at 12 metres long. Access is also easy via a staircase. The tasteful wooden terrace invites you to sunbathe under the deep blue sky, with ten pool loungers and a large parasol. The beautiful natural stone wall and the Mediterranean garden design give this outdoor area an exclusive flair that will make you feel at home straight away. Here you can switch off completely and leave your everyday worries far behind. The natural purity of the 17,000 m² grounds provides exactly the privacy, relaxation and recreation you are looking for. Covered and open terraces and balconies with beautiful seating areas invite you to relax and linger. In the evenings, the wooden terrace right next to the house is simply a great place for group meals, and you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the pool terrace and garden from the terrace. Portocolom, where you will find numerous good restaurants at the harbour, is only 10 minutes away. An attractive beach nearby is Cala Marcal, one kilometre south of the harbour town.
