Imagine the following: An azure blue pool that beckons in the sunlight. A wonderfully large pool terrace with six sun loungers and breathtaking views of the wild mountain landscape of the Sierra de Levante. There is a marvellous selection of Mediterranean plants nearby: Bougainvilleas, oleanders and pines ... a mixture of fragrances that would make first-class perfumers go into raptures. A breath of salty sea air floats over your private oasis from the shore of the green, undeveloped nature reserve just 1 km away. On the terrace, you can indulge in the sun ... take a break in the shade of your pine tree. Or relax in the beach chair and add a maritime touch to your garden. Relax on the large covered terrace before an afternoon siesta. A luxurious, gas-powered barbecue awaits you there, allowing you to quickly conjure up a delicious meal. In the evening, the floodlit pool invites you for a refreshing late-night swim.

Villa Esmeralda Turquesa utilises natural light sources as part of the architecture, refreshing it with vibrant and dynamic interiors. The fresh colour tones give each room its own individual character. Unobstructed daylight enters the room through the panoramic windows. Typical of Mallorca, light sandstone walls emphasise the villa's cheerful colour accents, which are visible from every angle. The house has three bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The owners are happy to provide a cot if required. A bathroom directly adjoins two of the bedrooms. Two have a bathtub, ideal for a relaxing bath. The villa is ideal for three couples who want to enjoy their time together while having a degree of independence and privacy. Three bathrooms! The kitchen is well equipped: dishwasher, cooker and extractor bonnet, coffee and espresso machine, a good selection of herbs and spices for your favourite recipes. The breakfast bar is perfect for a quick snack between meals or to start the day on your own with a bowl of muesli. A complimentary glass of wine awaits you on arrival. In the adjoining dining room, a large oak table offers enough space for eight people. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open-plan living room, which can also be reached via the stairs. Here you can spend cosy hours on the comfortable leather sofa. Whether you simply want to put your feet up and watch a film on the flat-screen TV, enjoy the view of the Mediterranean garden from the terrace or gaze out to sea in the background. The gallery on the first floor guarantees the best view for watching the spectacular sunset. Beach equipment such as parasols, beach mats, a cool bag, sun loungers for the beach and sand toys for children are available for guests in the house.

A beautiful natural beach connects Colonia de Sant Pere with Son Serra de Marina and is only 5 kilometres from the house. Ambitious sports enthusiasts can hike or cycle from the house to explore the mountains and villages of Mallorca. Golfers can enjoy themselves on the 18-hole Canyamel golf course (par 73), just 22 km away. For water sports enthusiasts, there is the idyllic El Dorado harbour of Colonia de Sant Pere, 4 km away, and the port of Andalusia, 25 km away. Both offer hire options for jet skis and motorboats. Diving trips are also possible. You can go kitesurfing on the beach of Son Serra de Marina. The villa is well connected to the island's road network, although the wind may blow distant road noise in your direction. You will soon be at the island's hotspots. Exciting nightlife awaits you in the discos and clubs of Cala Ratjada (25 km away) and the island's capital Palma is only 50 minutes away by car. Villa Esmeralda Turquesa lives up to its dazzling name: it is located in the residential area of Betlem in the unspoilt north-east of the island, close to the dazzling turquoise sea. Due to special nature conservation laws, the surrounding landscape is barely built on and thus retains its postcard charm. The fishing village of Colonia de San Pere, 4 km away, offers a picturesque harbour promenade and a selection of fine restaurants. For more shopping facilities, you should drive to Artá (17 km).
