The pool in the garden provides a refreshing break, and sun loungers under parasols or cosy seating on the partially covered terraces offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.
Inside, "L'Esplai" exudes tranquillity and style, with wooden elements and tasteful stone floors creating a natural atmosphere. Large windows let light into the rooms, all on one level. The modern interior includes a living room with an open fireplace, a classically designed dining room with a large table and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. A place to recharge your batteries and find peace and quiet surrounded by nature, yet less than 4 km from the nearest town of Cala Sant Vicenç and the nearest beach of Cala Clara. The single-storey house is situated on a large plot and offers a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains. You can easily reach the finca with your hire car (a sports car is not recommended due to the partially uneven access road).
