There are only a few neighbours in this attractive location between Artà and Capdepera. Newly built in 2013, the modern and purist all-white Prop de Mar, which has only been on the rental market since 2017, invites its visitors to indulge in the ultimate Mallorca feeling while sitting just a few steps away under its large awning from the pool. A wide lawn with a gnarled old olive tree and plenty of Mediterranean greenery create a tranquil environment in this two-storey building where you can unwind. You can swim lane after lane in the pool or keep a watchful eye on the children on the terrace. The outdoor shower makes the outdoor lifestyle particularly easy. A large gravelled area near the entrance offers enough space for 4 cars, but is also ideal for ball games.

The interior is also kept in purist white, which emphasises the light and airy character of the house. Large windows offer a view of the garden and pool area. The TV and music corner with dining table and the open, ultra-modern kitchen will appeal to minimalists in particular - there are no pictures hanging on the walls and no other decorative objects detract from the clean design. Two of the three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one with two single beds, the other with a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the large bathroom with shower bath and two washbasins. As this is a shared bathroom, it is also accessible from the hallway. The washing machine is located in a separate room. If you prefer to have some time to yourself or need to take some work with you on holiday, the upper floor is the best place to settle down. Here you'll find another bedroom with a shower room and a desk tucked away in a separate room; but there's no doubt that the gallery is the architectural highlight of this villa: the panoramic sloping lounge offers plenty of space to catch up on your thoughts, read a good book or work on your laptop unless there's a table football match going on. But don't forget that there is a whole island outside waiting to be discovered ...

Stroll through the narrow streets of Artà, fill your fridge at the farmers' market, climb the Castell de Capdepera, relax on the fine sand of the playas, conquer the harbours, immerse yourself in the island's living history - all this is just a stone's throw away from Prop de Mar; an (audible) connecting road leads directly to the Ma-15. Stroll along the promenade from Cala Ratjada via Cala Gat to the lighthouse at Punta de Capdepera. From Betlem, hike up to Puig de Ferrutx or Puig de sa Tudossa. Take a look behind the medieval walls of Alcúdia or be inspired by the magnificent park of Villa Son March in the north - all these highlights make this the perfect holiday destination for families, physically active and creative travellers alike.

The journey from the airport to the white beauty of Prop de Mar, surrounded by unspoilt nature, takes just an hour. At the same time, the nearby towns of Artà and Capdepera, which are both around 4 km away, are great shopping and excursion destinations and offer plenty of opportunities to simply go about your day, as well as colourful hustle and bustle. The sea and popular beaches such as Platja de son Moll, Cala Agulla or Cala Moltó are also just a short drive away and the hiking trails around Betlem are the perfect starting point for a day trip.
