Just a few steps away: the pool terrace with high-quality sun loungers and wonderful views of the greenery. By the way: you have a good chance of being the first to swim in the turquoise waters of Cala Mesquida in the morning. The sandy bay is just a 7-minute drive or 10-minute walk from your holiday home! The outdoor facilities also include a garden shower, a table tennis table and a trampoline.

The interior of this comfortable accommodation for 6 guests is bright and tastefully furnished. The living room has direct access to the covered terrace. Right next to it: a spacious dining room with fireplace and an open-plan, very well-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a spacious double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Upstairs there is a second bathroom and two pleasant double bedrooms with sensational views of the countryside. A stable internet connection is available for working from home. Radiators ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in the colder months of the year. Another friendly detail of this finca: it is committed to the concept of eco holidays and is equipped with solar panels and a charging station for electric cars. The finca is just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beach of Cala Mesquida on the east coast of Mallorca. The beautiful beach of Cala Agulla is also only 10 minutes away by car. There are good shopping facilities in Capdepera, 9 minutes away by car.
