Welcome to this attractive and spacious detached house! Quiet and green, the garden with fruit trees, playground and chicken coop invites you to relax and play. In only 20 minutes you can reach the tourist centre by car or train. Supermarkets and shopping streets can be reached in three minutes, the bathing lakes in 11 minutes. Perfect for a relaxing and at the same time varied holiday!

This house offers more than just bedrooms. You will also find a study, a bathroom, a guest toilet, a sauna and a laundry room. The highlight is the spacious living room with a wood-burning stove and cosy seating. From there you can access the large terrace overlooking the garden.

The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare meals. In the additional dining area you can enjoy them, prepare hot drinks or refresh yourself with filtered water. A perfect place to indulge in culinary delights.

Outside there is the chicken run, its own playground, terrace with garden furniture, table tennis table, grill, paddling pool, etc.

The entire accommodation including the garden is at your sole disposal. Only two small additional rooms in the basement are locked as a storage for private things.
Upon your arrival, I will be there in person, unless an independent check-in has been arranged. After that, you can always reach us by mobile phone, chat or email. We are always here for you and happy to help.
I provide extra cleaning supplies so guests can also clean the property during their stay if they wish.
I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines.

The property is located in a lively, green residential area in Berlin.
It borders on an allotment garden with many paths and playgrounds that invite you to go for a walk.
In addition to your own garden, there are bathing lakes, parks and forests within a 3-11-minute drive to relax.
Mobility is ensured thanks to the nearby bus line 112 and the S-Bahn S1. Within walking distance you can find a few restaurants, a bakery and a café. Various green and park areas, a fitness studio, a shoe shop, a hairdresser and a pharmacy can also be found on site.

You are well connected to shopping, tourist attractions and the city center by the public transport system.

In a 5-minute walk you can reach the bus 112. It will take you to shops, restaurants or the nearby S-Bahn station within 5 minutes.

It is 20 minutes to tourist destinations and 11 minutes to the lakes by S-Bahn or car.
