Das Haus im Chalet Stil hat zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Einer Zimmer. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche und Cheminée, Spülmaschine, Keramikplattenherd und großem Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Radio, TV und WLAN sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird mit Speicheröfen beheizt.
Die nächsten Transportanlagen, die Skilifte Rischli und Husegg sind in drei Gehminuten- und das Zentrum mit den Ladengeschäften ist zu Fuss in 20 Minuten erreichbar oder mit dem Postbus im taktfahrplan in wenigen Minuten (Haltestelle vor dem Haus). Im Winter fährt ab Weinachten bis anfangs März täglich alle 30 Minuten der Gratis-Sport Bus die Strecke Südelhöhe – Rothorn, damit sind alle Talstationen und auch das Zentrum Sörenberg bestens erschlossen. Parkplätze stehen 15 Meter oberhalb des Hauses zur Verfügung.
