A house closer to the sea than Villa Punta Larga could not be built. It is located in S'Estanyol, Colonia San Pere, part of the municipality of Artà. In the immediate vicinity you will find the 1800 metre long beach of S'Arenal de Sa Canova. Between the holiday home and the sea there is a wonderful sun terrace with sun loungers, as well as a gas barbecue for culinary barbecue evenings. Start the day with a breakfast together on the covered terrace with a view of the unique panorama or let yourself be enchanted by the twinkling lights in the distance on an atmospheric evening. The garden is fenced and there is a hot water shower for rinsing off the salt water from the sea. For your comfort, the villa has a roof terrace that is perfect for private sunbathing. The view from up here over the bay of Alcadia to Cap de Formentor is fantastic.

The original exterior façade features numerous stone sculptures and reliefs. On the ground floor of the house there are two double bedrooms, the living/dining room, a bathroom and a kitchen. On the upper floor is the large bedroom with sea views and a small bathroom. This large room with windows on three sides was once an artist's studio. The many paintings, ceramics and decorative objects in the house bear witness to the creativity that once prevailed here. From the living room you can enjoy a wonderful sea view and make yourself comfortable on the sofas provided. A satellite TV is installed here for your comfort. On chilly nights, you can cosy up by the open fireplace and enjoy the pleasant warmth. You also have a sea view from the dining room. The wood-burning stove is not functional, but stands out as a decorative element. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double sink, ceramic hob, oven, extractor bonnet, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster: everything you need for your daily needs. Next to the kitchen is a small storage room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes horse. The cosy bedrooms have two 90 x 200 cm single beds that can be put together, while the upper room has a 180 x 200 cm double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. The downstairs bathroom with beautiful hand-painted tiles is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a bathtub with shower. The shower room on the upper floor is small: it houses a sitting bathtub with shower curtain and a small hand basin.

S'Arenal de Sa Canova beach is just a three-minute walk away. The coast here is beautifully unspoilt. If you wish, you can go on kilometre-long walks along the beach. About two kilometres from the villa, to the east, is the bay of Colonia San Pere, ideal for swimming, with its beach promenade, restaurants and marina. The promenade is protected by a jetty and the calm water with its gently sloping shore is very popular with families with children. The beach directly in front of the villa is a pebble beach. As soon as you enter the water, you come across sand. You should definitely take swimming goggles with you, as you will find beautiful underwater plants, small glittering fish and crabs in the small depressions in the rocks. The tastefully designed Mediterranean villa Punta Llarga is located directly by the sea in Colonia de Sant Pere, on the north-east side of the island. Only a garden gate separates the terrace from the beach. In Colonia you can go shopping, stroll around the harbour or try delicious Mediterranean dishes in excellent restaurants right by the sea. The journey time by car to Palma de Mallorca airport is around one hour. The long sandy beaches of the bay of Alcúdia can be reached in just 10 minutes.
