Flanked by tall palm trees, this farmhouse is an absolute gem with a very special outdoor area. Not only is there plenty of space to relax and unwind. A special ambience is created by the beautiful lawn and the old holm oaks surrounding it, which exude a great deal of naturalness and cosiness. A lavishly designed terrace and pool area effectively rounds off the picture and here you have the choice between inviting open and covered areas on different levels: Whether together at the long table at the beautiful viewing point right next to the house, on one of the comfortable loungers next to it Whether by the pool or on the balcony each place has its own special charm. The pool, with its decorative meander pattern and Roman steps, is a great place to cool off. In the evening, you should definitely take advantage of the lovely atmosphere to sit outside and perhaps enjoy a few delicacies from the barbecue in a convivial atmosphere.

Thanks to the existing air conditioning and heating, this is also possible all year round in absolutely comfortable conditions. Thanks to the spacious living area, you can enjoy plenty of privacy even when fully occupied. A combined living and dining room opens up to the hallway with a wide archway. From here you enter the fully equipped kitchen, which conveniently has an extra dining area and access to the terrace as well as a door to the living-dining room. A double bedroom and a bathroom are also located on the ground floor, while four further bedrooms for two guests each and two bathrooms are located on the upper floor of the house. The pretty exposed beams in combination with wooden furniture create a cosy atmosphere in all the relaxation rooms. The farmhouse Sa Font d'Alt is situated in a particularly attractive location near the picturesque town of Artà in the east of Mallorca. It is situated on a park-like plot of almost 6,000 m² with a marvellous stock of old trees. Due to its location close to the acoustically perceptible road, you can quickly and easily reach various beautiful excursion destinations in the near and far surroundings from the farmhouse. The nearest beaches are 10 to 12 kilometres away.

Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 35 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
