Well sheltered between other villas, Villa Can Cantari doesn't just open its brick-red doors to everyone, you know! The single-storey house in the centre of Sa Coma welcomes its guests on the covered lounge terrace, which can be reached via a few steps. And to get an overview, please continue to the back of the house, where a small pool with a stone surround and sun loungers awaits you. You can rest assured: a high privacy screen of fence and hedge does not immediately reveal to everyone in the neighbourhood who has just moved in and is sitting down to dinner by the fountain and what will be served on the barbecue plate in the evening. However, you always have a good view of the children in the water, but they can also play around the villa.

From the front terrace, the sliding glass door leads directly into the living room with fireplace and the dining room so you can combine your two seating areas or separate them if you want to enjoy the evening air in peace while the others are inside watching the German TV programme. The separate fitted kitchen is closer to the pool garden and lets in plenty of fresh air when cooking. When the weather is nice, you can serve everything prepared on the hob, fridge, microwave and barbecue under the straw net. When you're ready for bed, walk down the corridor; Can Cantari offers what families often look for in vain: Two small single rooms complement the two double rooms to the right and left. Large wardrobes provide more than enough space if you've brought outfits for going out in Cala Millor. Each group of three has a beautiful bathroom, one with a double washbasin and shower tray. The house also has room for two more people, and four-legged friends are always welcome. As you can see: A city villa can also be very casual.

The east coast of Mallorca is a very popular holiday destination with family-friendly beaches, lively promenades, leisure parks, glittering stalactite caves and challenging golf courses. In the tourist resort of Sa Coma, just a few kilometres from the hotspot Cala Millor, divers and sailors also get their money's worth. There are numerous restaurants and small supermarkets along the beach promenade to the neighbouring town of S'Illot. Buses run between the towns and there is also a cycle path that leads north to Port Vell and offers wonderful sea views. Surrounded by forests and dunes, idyllic paths lead across the 2 km long Punta de n'Amer peninsula to the old Castell, where a cosy café offers refreshments and snacks. Enjoy the view and keep an eye out for pirate ships!

In the centre of Sa Coma shops and the beach of the same name are in the immediate vicinity, the ground-floor villa Can Cantari offers excellent access to the east coast. The chic Cala Millor on one side and the harbour town of Porto Cristo on the other epitomise Mallorca's versatility and entice visitors with their seafront promenades and great restaurants. Excursions inland to Artà (approx. 18 km) and San Lorenzo can be undertaken on two or four wheels.
