This holiday home on Mallorca is set against a dreamy mountain backdrop and awaits guests who want to settle down for a while in the quiet north of the island and enjoy the proximity to the sea. The terraces right next to the house and the pool in front of it, which is covered with blue mosaic tiles and easily accessible via steps, extend in several directions. Here you can dive in, recharge your batteries and relax for a long time. The surrounding lush Mediterranean greenery creates a cosy atmosphere and, depending on the position of the sun, provides breezy natural shade. Covered veranda areas in front of the picturesque yellow building with green shutters offer inviting seating with a view of the garden, and there is a table tennis table for the more active. Barbecues are an interesting option: Here you have the choice between two Weber barbecues, gas and charcoal, on which you can prepare Mediterranean delicacies.

The interior of the villa is timeless and cosy, with a sophisticated layout and open-plan design that exudes charm. The presence of two living zones also brings with it a special degree of spaciousness and freedom that people with a need for privacy will certainly appreciate. You can dine together indoors at the large dining table. A harmoniously integrated, fully equipped kitchen complements the communal area on the ground floor. There are two cosy double bedrooms on this level, one of which has its own shower room, as well as a further bathroom. One of the two living rooms leads to the third bedroom, which also has its own bathroom. Thanks to a stable internet connection and a desk, this farmhouse is an excellent place to stay if you are working from home. Villa La Casa del Sol lives up to its name: the house shines in sunny colours under the Mediterranean sky and awaits sea-loving holidaymakers. Because the shore is not far away. Colònia de San Pere, approx. 4 km away, also offers a good selection of restaurants on the picturesque harbour promenade. Thanks to the villa's location on a small road, various excursion destinations are within easy reach. Shopping facilities are also available, for example, in the picturesque town of Artà, around 17 km away.
