This small, high-altitude mountain oasis of tranquillity makes a magical impression, nestled in the impressive backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains with rustic elegance. Find your favourite spot under a gnarled olive tree or on the airy, covered terrace and enjoy the peace and quiet around this wonderful spot, the view of the valley, mountains and forests to the full. Listen to the birdsong and experience the calming effect of a wild and romantic setting that you won't find anywhere else. The natural stone walls, the scattered flower pots and the rustic gate frame your temporary piece of jewellery in a picturesque way and create a wildly romantic flair. Under the hanging lamps next to the ornamental fountain, the terrace is particularly lush in the evening, especially if you prepare a few Mediterranean delicacies on the barbecue and then enjoy them as the day draws to a close.

You will also discover authentic flair in the living areas with lots of natural stone and wood. White walls, ceilings with exposed beams, beautiful large floor tiles, rustic steps and light-coloured, carefully coordinated fabrics offer contemporary comfort and create an absolutely soothing harmony. The natural stone walls also ensure optimum temperature regulation. The open, rustic kitchen is well equipped and the oven installed here not only warms the house on cold days, but is also ideal for preparing meals (the open fireplace is also a lovely decorative feature). You can spend relaxing evenings on the sofa at the other end of the cosy room. A few steps lead from the living/dining room to the stylish bedroom, which is furnished with two double beds; the daylight-flooded bathroom with decorative wide washbasin and shower is located directly next door. The appealing natural stone aesthetic is also continued in this room.

Pack your walking boots if you want to explore the incredible nature of the area! You can experience the surroundings up close on a variety of paths. Beautiful hiking trails, such as via Biniaraitx, lead directly to Sóller; experienced hikers may want to climb the highest point on the island, Puig Major. The access road to the villa, surrounded by picturesque views, is rather narrow and steep, making it easy to reach with a smaller car. Your car will also take you quickly to attractive places such as the mountain village of Fornalutx, which has won the title of Spain's most beautiful village several times. In the small Plaça dEspaña, you can sit down for a meal or a coffee and experience the enchanting atmosphere. A little further south-west is Sóller, one of the largest towns on the island. Small, mostly rocky coves line the Tramuntana mountains, such as Cala Tuent, Sa Calobra or Cala Deià. We also recommend a trip to the beach of Port de Sóller, 8 kilometres away, and to the artists' town of Deía.

The romantic natural stone villa Rustica Es Seguers offers the best conditions for a peaceful holiday in the most beautiful natural surroundings and is located near Fornalutx, between Sóller and Escorca. The Tramuntana mountains offer you a breathtaking backdrop for hiking, cycling and climbing. For your daily needs, you can go shopping in the listed mountain village of Fornalutx or drive to Sóller. The beautiful beaches of the west coast Port de Sóller, Cala Deìa or Sa Calobra can be easily reached by hire car.
