Ivićev san is stone house old over 100 years, but is completely renovated 2020.
It is in peaceful hamlet Šimići, above Tučepi.
On first floor is living room with air condtion and smart TV (sattelite tv, internet acces, Netflix, Youtube), kitchen with full equipment ( microwawe, dishwasher, blender, electric kettle, electric cooker, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffe maker etc), bathroom, pantry with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs are two rooms (with air conditions and smart TV's) and toilet.
One room has exit to balcony and from kitchen is exit to terrace.
In front yard is heated pool , lounge chairs , shower and barbecue.
There is also konoba that guests can use while are at the pool, it has toilet with shower, fridge, inside barbecue , ice machine etc.
House is situated near Tučepi and Makarska for everything you need, but is also far enough for peaceful vacation far away from noise and crowd :)
