The brand new villa "Lorenzo" is a family-friendly retreat with plenty of space and a quiet, secluded location. Surrounded by tall trees and palm trees, the villa offers breathtaking views of the lush landscape between Manacor and the east coast, with the hills of the Serra Llevant in the distance.

The spacious outdoor area has a large pool with comfortable circular steps and a nearby outdoor shower, and the children will enjoy their decorative play area on the lawn. The covered terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing and dining, while the barbecue area offers both indoor and outdoor seating.
Inside, the villa has an open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a children's bedroom with four single beds and an en-suite. Some bedrooms have access to a sunny balcony with breathtaking views.
Villa "Lorenzo" is located between the town of Manacor and the picturesque harbour town of Portocristo in a quiet location. For shopping you can drive to Manacor or Portocristo, where you can also stroll along the harbour. The "Calas de Mallorca", which lie like a string of pearls on the east coast of Mallorca, can be reached in just 10 minutes. It's easy to choose between a city beach or a natural beach like Cala Varquez.
Please note that no youth groups or stag or hen parties are accepted at this property. A youth group at this property consists of people under the age of 23. Do not book this accommodation if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be upon arrival at the accommodation or during your stay and you will not receive a refund
