The beautiful, rustic farmhouse Es Caulls near Muro is the perfect rural holiday home for up to eight people in the centre of Mallorca. Families with children or couples travelling together can enjoy a holiday home with plenty of privacy and all the comforts they could wish for on holiday. The house stands on a large plot of land surrounded by palm trees, fruit trees and olive trees. Various, elaborately paved terrace areas, some of which are covered, invite you to relax and eat together. On the basketball court, on the other hand, you can have heated matches and then cool off in the spacious, gently sloping pool, framed by tall palm trees. The loungers around the pool are perfect for a long siesta in the sun. Another highlight in the very well-kept outdoor area of the Mallorcan holiday home is the beautiful outdoor kitchen, from which you have an excellent view of the basketball court. You can park your hire car right next to the house in the shade of the trees.

This holiday home is a true Mallorcan farmhouse dream: the interior is dominated by natural stone, round arches, roughly plastered walls, brick sinks, tiled floors and dark wooden beams, all in warm earthy tones. This creates a great, authentic country house atmosphere, effortlessly combined with modern furnishings. The open-plan ground floor features a cosy living and dining area as well as the gorgeous rustic kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances, and another spacious dining room with a long table and fireplace. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom complete the living space on this level. A staircase with pretty decorative tiles leads to the upper floor, where two further bedrooms await you, one of which has its own bathroom.

The spacious farmhouse Es Caulls was built surrounded by greenery in a wonderfully quiet, secluded location. Here you can enjoy absolute privacy on a large plot with a pool surrounded by tall palm trees. However, there is no question of seclusion: The picturesque village of Muro can be reached by hire car via the audible road in just 5.3 km. The bay of Alcúdia with its various stretches of beach is only approx. 17.1 km away.
