Surrounded by densely overgrown hills, this typical Mallorcan house nestles picturesquely on the hillside. Pretty paths and seating areas invite you to linger in the enchanted garden. The quaint spots in the breezy natural shade of the trees also invite you to spend cosy hours. The main attraction is the large panoramic terrace right next to the building. Lush Mediterranean vegetation including old trees characterise the immediate surroundings, where there are hardly any neighbours, but plenty of privacy, apart from the neighbouring house Santuari de sOlivar Casa de Pedra, with whose guests you share the pool and which is also available in our portfolio. The view of the nearby mountains and hills and even the sea is breathtakingly beautiful! With a length of 18 metres and a depth of 3.5 metres, the pool is absolutely impressive and is also ideal for sporty lengths. Numerous lounging options on the sun terrace, which is decoratively framed with natural stone, offer plenty of space for all fellow travellers and any neighbours. With a bit of luck, you might hear a nightingale or owl or even the neighbour's donkey in the distance while relaxing outdoors. There is also a practical outdoor shower and two outdoor toilets in the outdoor area.

A classic Mallorcan ambience pervades the interior of the finca, where there are many beautiful details to discover. Lots of dark wood harmonises wonderfully with the floor tiles and the light-coloured walls, creating a cosy atmosphere for spending pleasant hours indoors. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining room and a typical Mallorcan kitchen, which is openly integrated into this room. A WC completes this living floor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own modern en suite bathroom. Exposed beamed ceilings give these relaxation rooms a particularly cosy atmosphere and the views of the surrounding area are fantastic! In addition to the radiator heating and the fireplace on the ground floor, the hot/cold air conditioning system ensures ideal temperatures all year round. This finca on Mallorca is perfect for anyone who likes to live away from the hustle and bustle, close to nature but still with a good infrastructure and who wants to see the sea every day on holiday.

The finca Santuari de sOlivar Casa des Mirador, which is aimed at people who want to spend their holidays on Mallorca in a quiet and unhurried manner, is set on a wild and romantic plot with views of the sea and mountains. Thanks to its location by the road, you are optimally connected to various destinations. You can do your shopping in nearby Estellencs. There are also some great restaurants and bars in the small village. If you like shopping, you can drive to Port d'Andratx or Palma, for example.
