Do you dream of sitting in a wonderfully rustic garden in the most beautiful sunshine, enjoying absolute privacy and simply savouring the moment in this little corner of the world? If you also feel the call of the north of Mallorca and value the convenient location close to a beautiful village, then this villa is just right for you! A tarmac road leads to this enchantingly situated property, which awaits you in its lush green splendour. Just drive up the short, steep driveway and you're there. Take a look at this oasis! The first thing that catches your eye as you enter the property is the chic pool, which invites you to cool off while admiring the blue mosaic tiles, the comfortable steps and the infinity effect. Its depth varies between 0.8 m and 1.9 m and while you float in the soothing water, you have a magnificent view of the garden, which has become increasingly green over the years and has developed a very cosy atmosphere. In front of the house, accessible from the pool via a few steps, there is a partially covered terrace with a dining table, among other things. It is ideal for extended al fresco dining and spoils your palate with the best delicacies the region has to offer. The outdoor kitchen offers another delightful outdoor space, especially for evening barbecues. Simply spend a balmy evening here and prepare and enjoy a delicious meal in this extremely cosy seating area. Practical: there is an outdoor bathroom, so you don't have to walk around the house with wet feet when getting in and out of the pool on warm days.

Inside, the villa welcomes you in rustic Mallorcan style.
The interior impresses with its practical layout without sacrificing cosiness and charm. Light colours, terracotta tiles, classic exposed beam ceilings, lots of wood and many eye-catching individual pieces underline the cosy atmosphere. The Mediterranean character is emphasised by natural stone elements. A small fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere in the open-plan living/dining room, which has a comfortable sofa area with TV. You can relax here for hours! There is also a dining table for eating together inside and the kitchen is conveniently located next door. There is even space for another small table in the kitchen. The kitchen is also fully equipped with everything you need for independent self-catering. A kettle and espresso machine guarantee flavoured hot drinks on the breakfast terrace. That's the ground floor, but we're not finished yet. A few steps take you to a bedroom and a small bathroom. Go up a few more steps and you'll find two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. The bedrooms are characterised by a cheerful and tasteful ambience and the bathrooms impress with their modern design and high-quality fittings. There are two showers and one bathroom also has a bathtub. Villa Pou Bo is situated in a wonderful rural location, yet is only a few minutes' walk from the town of Campanet. This beautiful holiday home awaits you with a lush green plot full of fruit trees and numerous other Mediterranean plants. For daily shopping, you can simply drive or walk to Campanet. More extensive shopping can be done in Pollença (19 km). During your stay, take a wonderful evening stroll along the beautiful seafront promenade of Port de Pollença (25 km).
