Villa Cas Verros, with its imposing driveway leading from the entrance gate to the villa, contrasts boldly architecturally with the other, more traditionally built Mallorcan villas and instead draws inspiration from the neighbouring island of Ibiza. It is a cubist affair with whitewashed window and door frames made of solid stone, emphasising the Ibizan influence. In addition, the property has a very beautiful natural stone façade that rises up impressively and gives the villa its particularly picturesque appearance. A large terrace landscape extends across the entire front of the house. It merges almost seamlessly into a sun terrace, which in turn wraps around the 32 m² pool. The terrace landscape is rounded off by a raised roof terrace with marvellous views of the pool and the surrounding garden and even the sea. The exterior fittings are first class. Several tall palm trees harmoniously round off the overall impression, while another venerable stand of trees provides pleasant natural shade by the pool. Enter the villa through a large, solid wooden entrance door and enter the foyer of the house. Continue into the living area with dining area and kitchen, of course fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, tumble dryer and much more and to the various bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. The villa has four bedrooms and offers enough space for up to eight guests. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are available. The house also has four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. Privacy is therefore guaranteed even when the villa is fully occupied.
