Villa Casa Ferie on the south coast of Mallorca was recently renovated and upgraded inside and out by the owners of the neighbouring Villa Clafé. Spacious outdoor seating areas offer breathtaking sea views and provide a vivid contrast to the deep blue sky. The outdoor area, adorned with Mediterranean plants, has been redesigned and now features gravel, tiles and natural stone. New hedges have been planted in the garden area. In addition, a new rock garden, an outdoor barbecue with path and an outdoor shower have been added. From the charming, pillared veranda with sea views and an outdoor dining area, you can enjoy a great view of the 28 m² pool and the south-facing sun terrace. Comfortable loungers and a large parasol invite you to relax. On the same floor area, one floor higher, the sea view is even more exclusive. This floor also offers beautiful seating furniture. There is another balcony on the east side of the house.

The bright, inviting interior of the villa impresses with a harmonious blend of tasteful furnishings and carefully selected building materials. On the ground floor you will find an open-plan living and dining area with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and an open fireplace, perfect for cosy relaxation in the cooler months. The modern, low-maintenance kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge, extractor bonnet, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. A stylish, open staircase leads to the upper floor. The three spacious bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom, each have their own access to the outside and are equipped with new beds and mattresses. Bed sizes include a double bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 metres and two double beds measuring 2 x 1.00 x 2.00 metres. The bathrooms, some of which are decorated with mosaic tiles, are simply elegant and highly functional. Hot/cold air conditioning is installed throughout the house and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron at your disposal.

The bright yellow villa Casa Ferie overlooks the sea and is located just 100 metres from the coast as the crow flies, on the eastern edge of the small village of Vallgonera-Es Pas, in the south of the island, and belongs to the nearby municipality of Cala Pi. Here you will find typical Mallorcan restaurants and everything you need for your daily needs. The cliffs within walking distance offer direct access to the sea. The journey from the villa to Palma de Mallorca airport takes 35 minutes.
