A sea of palm trees and whitecaps cools this villa with its exotic name. You will go into raptures when you see the completely restored and modernised Assindia from all sides. Guests feel completely protected under the green curtains and behind the stone patio cover of the pool area, through which the blue of the ocean shines again and again, although a road (with very little traffic) leads directly past the house. The further you climb up from the garden oasis with its idyllic pond and shady seating area, the more beautiful and unobstructed the view of the mountains becomes.
The modern interior of the villa also shines with plenty of light, white walls, sunny aspects and a varied landscape for relaxing and sitting. The level with the large balcony terrace is divided into the tastefully designed living room, the reading corner, a cosy kitchen, two bedrooms with a bathroom opposite and a guest WC. Large sandstone arches ensure a smooth transition, and there are even two fireplaces for a cosy, crackling atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen with gas hob with electric convection oven, wine fridge and flat-screen TV leaves nothing to be desired and many of the things you need every day are already hanging from the ceiling, ready to hand. You can choose whether you want to sit informally at the table or set the table outside with a view. On the upper floor, two guests have their own suite with a walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with a rain shower and whirlpool. Living here, you'll find it hard to get out of bed or even out of the bath. The view from the panoramic windows over the bay of Cala Millor is simply fabulous.
