This property leaves guests with no choice but to be amazed. The unique location of this property and its first-class facilities make it one of the most exclusive villas in our portfolio. It is located in the north of the island, on a 200,000 m² plot at the foot of the eastern Tramuntana mountains. The views of the hilly and green countryside from the secluded location are breathtaking.

The incredible infinity pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area. It is accessed via a rustic stone staircase with a wrap-around terrace that offers wonderful, sweeping views. It blends harmoniously into the surrounding nature. Between refreshing swimming pools, you can relax on the sun loungers to your heart's content and perhaps switch off for a while and do nothing - after all, you are on holiday. A fixed parasol protects you if the UV rays get too strong. Above the pool area is the large courtyard in front of the house, which has a majestic appearance thanks to the tall palm trees. The actual terrace area is located at the rear. The elaborate floor design and the natural façade of the house with its original entrance provide a unique backdrop for true relaxation. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning under a deep blue sky or bring a day full of holiday bliss to a tasteful close in the evening.

The interior of the house will captivate guests just as much as the exterior. The elaborately designed glass door leads into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen impresses with its ultra-modern design and exclusive fittings. The adjoining dining area offers enough space for a sophisticated dinner for up to 10 people. A cosy couch area behind it invites you to lounge around. The very large flat-screen TV has a satellite connection so that you can be entertained with a good film whenever you feel like it. Another rustic seating area by the open fireplace offers further opportunities to spend a cosy evening with friends. The successful combination of modern and classic elements as well as the natural stone elements and selected individual decorations create an enchanting ambience in these living rooms that invites you to linger. The bedrooms are, each in their own way, small luxury oases with individual and particularly aesthetic accents. The impressive floor, wall and ceiling design is just as impressive as the carefully selected furnishings and the skilful arrangement of the individual pieces. Almost all bathrooms have their own bath, all vying for the title of the most beautiful room in the house and offering state-of-the-art comfort at the same time. Here you will find high-quality fittings combined with a very modern and extravagant design. Irons and hairdryers are of course available in the house, so you don't have to bring them with you.

Villa Tacaritx offers a wide range of options for excursions in the surrounding area. The Convent de Santo Domingo and the Museu Marti Vicenç are just two of the many popular excursion destinations. The Mallorcan municipality of Pollença is around 18 km away. The beaches and the town of Port de Pollença are around 26 km away. The distance to the airport is 47 km.

The large Villa Tacaritx is a beautiful and luxurious property that meets the highest standards. The villa's slightly elevated position offers unrivalled views of the surrounding Tramuntana landscape. For daily shopping, simply drive to Campanet. More extensive shopping can be done in Pollença. Take a wonderful evening stroll and stroll along the beautiful promenade of Port de Pollença.
