Villa Zara is a newly built house located in the village of Musalez, approx. 4 km from Porec and the beach, and a typical Istrian tavern is 2 km away. The house was built in 2023., on its own plot of 600m2 with a nice garden, a 36m2 swimming pool, deckchairs, a terrace with seating, a barbecue and private parking.
Villa Zara for 6 persons is equipped with modern furniture, total living area of 140 m2 on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with access to a covered terrace and pool, one bedroom with its own bathroom, and a separate toilet.
On the top floor, there are two double rooms, each with its own bathroom and a shared balcony with a beautiful panoramic view. Thanks to its location, this modern villa is an excellent choice for a holiday in the countryside, yet a 5-minute easy drive from the beach.
