Die 3 Zimmer Wohnung(60qm) befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im Hochparterre. Traumhafte Aussicht in die Berge und ins Tal. Die Natur vor der Haustüre. Im Haupthaus befindet sich ein Hallenbad und eine Sauna. Beides gehört der Überbauung, das Bad steht kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Die Sauna ist kostenpflichtig und kann durch eine Reservierung privat gebucht werden. Im gleichen Haus befindet sich auch die Tiefgarage, zu welcher Parkplatz Nr. 31 zur Wohnung gehört. Besucherparkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.
