Our child- and biker-friendly holiday apartment is located in a very quiet area, close to the beautiful ridge of Ahlsburg/Solling, inviting you to hike and bike. The nearby half-timbered town of Einbeck offers various attractions (PS-Speicher and the historic city center, blue printing, etc.) that invite you to stroll leisurely and taste the famous Einbecker beer. The surroundings provide many interesting places for excursions, including the Northeim lake plateau (swimming, sailing, pedal boating), climbing park Silberborn, Tierpark Neuhaus/Solling, Harzhorn. The indoor/outdoor pool in Einbeck is also worth a visit. The university town of Göttingen can be reached in 30 minutes.

Newly renovated, 80 m2 large, modernly furnished, wheelchair-accessible ground floor apartment (non-smoking), offers plenty of space for 1-4 people. The cozy living room with satellite TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, egg cooker, dining table with 5 chairs, kettle, fully automatic coffee machine, and microwave leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin with large mirror cabinet, including cosmetic mirror and sockets, as well as towel dryer and shower stool complete the overall picture. You are welcome to use our garden area with pond and pavilion for relaxation (pets on request). Wi-Fi, parking space for cars and bicycles are available free of charge.

Payment is made by bank transfer. The remaining payment is to be made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a charge of 50% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Departure is possible from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation.
The key handover takes place in person on-site.
Pets are not allowed.
A children's crib for up to 3 years can be provided upon request (free of charge).
The basic price includes towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking, etc.
