Holiday home Situated in a quiet location in the mountains

The holiday home, built in 1600 and renovated in 2008 is a semi-detached house and rustic and functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the valley from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location. This property is a family-friendly, historical and romantic accomodation. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, children's playground, grill possibility, garden furniture, hollywood swing and court.

Morelli strain, 800 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 150 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. Flat in a typical mountain house of 80 square metres, detached with garden, characteristic of the place, renovated maintaining the original character of the time, creating functional and cosy spaces, equipped with all the necessary services. Room furnished as a relaxation area, dining area with table, chairs and rocking chair at the foot of Monte Rosa with all comforts, optimal location to reach all the attractions and places that the valley "Anzasca" offers, including chairlifts and gondolas to reach the ski slopes. right in front of the house there are numerous paths for those who love walking in the mountains or pleasant walks or bike rides in the woods. Gold mining area with the possibility of guided tours in the gold mines that have become tourist attractions, the possibility of visiting old villages still preserved in their original state. Possibility of excursions to the numerous lakes such as Lago delle Fate (10 minutes away), Lago Antrona, Lago dei Cavalli in the Antrona Valley, Lago Maggiore or Lago Orta with its characteristic village, excursions to nearby Switzerland via the Moro Pass, which can be reached by cable car. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 100 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). When you arrive in Ceppo Morelli, take Via Rumianca. 50 metres before the bridge, turn right into the small road that runs alongside the river. 50 m to the car park behind the house.
